Times on screen

Getty Images / Porta Yes sometimes I think I spemd too much times on screen. I can go online for 4 straight hours, focus on my phone or my computer. Imagine I spend 5 hours daily, yes 5 hours because I always go to sleep late using my phone, that means 35 hours per week,  nearly 1 day and half on screen each week. I could make other things really special in those times, i think most of them are kind of wasted. I need to rehabilitate myself and try to do important things that will help me in life.

Evidence I find most compelling
The evidence of Disinhibition Effect is harmful, people would always focus on the one negative thing even if there are 10 other good things.

Claim
No, the internet doesn’t make me meaner, on the other hand it makes me nicer.

Evidence and reasoning
Due to lag time I always time to think about what I’m saying or doing to not be wrong. But I also think it’s due to my personality. I don’t like to bash, trol, or insult people.
I remember i have a friend who posts a picture online, other friends were trolling, and say things not nice about it and I found those comments really sassy and embarrassing, maybe if it were in person I would follow the crowd and participate.
